PEDIGREE & THE

CAMEL TROPHY

LET US TAKE YOU ANYWHERE IN YOUR ATELIER’S DEFENDER

HISTORY

The Camel trophy took place annually from 1980 to 1998. With the exception of the inaugural event, teams raced factory supplied Land Rover models across some the harshest terrain in the world. Meanwhile they stopped to take place in special test/trails which included timed rally stages, winching trails, and orienteering. The truck used were both three door and five door versions of the iconic Land Rovers- with all models represented. The Defender versions stood out for their durability and quickly become the iconic model associated with the Camel Trophy. They were often finished in the traditional sand glow colour- a tradition that North44Rovers offers for these unique tribute builds.
